View subscriber details

Follow this procedure to see the details of subscribers in a selected subscriber group.

1. Go to the Subscribers > Groups page, and then select a subscriber group from the list.

Result: The platform displays a list of the active subscribers in the group and a map view of subscribers that have location metadata defined.

You can see the following information for each subscriber in the list.

Column heading	Description
Physical ID	The Physical ID is a unique identifier for a subscriber. For cellular subscribers and eUICC profiles, the Physical ID is the ICCID.
Subscriber ID	The Subscriber ID is a unique identifier for a subscriber. For cellular subscribers and eUICC profiles, the Subscriber ID is the MSISDN.
Nickname	The nickname of a subscriber is an optional custom identifier that helps you to differentiate between subscribers more easily. You can use nicknames to organize subscribers. The platform displays nicknames in the user interface, on reports, and in invoices. Each subscriber can only have one nickname.
Activation Date	The date and time that a user sent a request to activate the subscriber.
IP	The subscriber's APN status (online or offline) and IP address. The IP address depends on the subscriber type, and can be static or dynamic.
Last Data Transfer	The last date and time that the subscriber sent or received a packet of data over the network.
