Network information

The Subscriber Details panel displays network information about a specific subscriber. You use this panel to view the subscriber's unique network identifiers, or to edit the subscriber's nickname and group membership.

Note: The information displayed in this panel varies depending on the network operator and services provided to your company.

View network information

1. Select a subscriber.

  • To select a subscriber from a list, on the main navigation panel, select Subscribers, select a status, and then select a subscriber from the list.
  • If you know the subscriber's ICCID, or MSISDN you can use the Search bar.

Result: The platform displays the subscriber management page, Details tab.

2. Refer to the Subscriber Details panel.

Result: The Subscriber Details panel displays the subscriber's network information.

Cellular subscriber network information

Row heading Description
ICCID

An ICCID (Integrated Circuit Card Identifier) is a unique serial number that is used to identify SIM cards and eSIM profiles. It has a maximum length of 22 digits.

MSISDN

A Mobile Station International Subscriber Directory Number (MSISDN) uniquely identifies a cellular subscriber. It has a maximum length of 15 digits.

IMSI

An IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) uniquely identifies a cellular subscriber. It uses the format: MCC-MNC-MSIN. The MCC value is the subscriber's Mobile Country Code, the MNC value is subscriber's Mobile Network Code and MSIN is a sequential serial number.

IMEI

An IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) is a unique number assigned to every mobile device. If a device is lost or stolen, the IMEI is used to blacklist it and prevent it from connecting to a network.

Data Number

A Data Number uniquely identifies a subscriber that is configured to make Circuit Switched Data (CSD) calls. CSD calls are typically used to communicate with legacy technology that does not support IP communication.

Note: This field is only displayed if the subscriber is configured to make Circuit Switched Data (CSD) calls.

Nickname

The nickname of a subscriber is an optional custom identifier that helps you to differentiate between subscribers more easily. You can use nicknames to organize subscribers. The platform displays nicknames in the user interface, on reports, and in invoices. Each subscriber can only have one nickname.

Group

Groups are user-defined categories that you create when you want to:

  • Restrict user access to your subscribers
  • Set up monitoring alerts for a selected group
  • See the group's overall data usage

The subscriber's group is displayed in this row. If the subscriber is not a member of a group, this row displays No Group.
