Information about an individual SIM
SIM management page
The SIM management page is the page that displays the details of an individual SIM. From this page, you can perform tasks such as:
- Viewing detailed network information about a SIM
- Setting up a SIM monitoring alert
- Applying metadata to a SIM
- Barring or unbarring a SIM
Access a SIM's management page
You access a SIM's management page from a list, or by searching for a specific SIM.
- To select a SIM from a list, on the main navigation panel, select SIMs, select a status, and then select a SIM from the list.

If you know the SIM's ICCID, or MSISDN you can use the Search bar.
Sections of the SIM management page
The SIM management page is divided into tabs. The following table describes the information available in each tab.

| Network | View connection, data usage, authentication, and APN log details. |

Request a change of rate plan, or see current static and usage charges. |
| Troubleshooting | Take a variety of actions to fix connectivity issues |
