Rate plan information

You can find out which rate plan a SIM is using by viewing the SIM's Details tab.

Info: You can use the Billing feature to view all the rate plans available to your company, and to view a detailed cost breakdown for a specific rate plan.

View a SIM's rate plan information

1. Select a SIM.

• To select a SIM from a list, on the main navigation panel, select SIMs, select a status, and then select a SIM from the list.

• If you know the SIM's ICCID, or MSISDN you can use the Search bar.

Result: The platform displays the SIM management page, Details tab.

2. Refer to the rate plan information panel.

Result: The rate plan information panel shows the rate plan name, the SIM charge amount, and details about the contract dates.

Rate plan overview

The Details tab displays the following information about the SIM's rate plan.

Field	Description
SIM Charge	A recurring subscription fee applied to each SIM on the rate plan. On a tiered rate plan this fee may vary by tier.
Activation Date	The date and time at which the SIM was activated on the rate plan.
Contract Start Date	The date and time at which the SIM's contract period started.
Contract Expiry Date	The date and time at which the SIM's contract period ended, or is due to end.
