About the Connectivity Management Account log
The Account Log lets you view all actions that have been performed in
View Connectivity Management Account log
Info: If you do not have access to this feature or some of its functionality you may require your administrator to update your user account's permissions.
1. Go to your User profile by selecting your username initials in the upper-right corner.
2. Select the Account Logs button.
Result: The platform shows the Account Log.
Column | Description |
---|---|
Date | Date and time when the action was performed |
User | User who performed the action |
Subscriber | Subscriber ID of any subscribers affected by the action |
Title | Describes what action was performed (for example, user sign in) |
Note | Gives you details about the performed action (for example, username and IP address for the user sign in) |
Service status page
The service status page displays notifications, planned maintenance, and a list of any incidents.
Use the Subscribe to Updates feature if you want to:
- Subscribe to email notifications or text alerts.
- Visit the support (documentation) pages.
- Subscribe to an Atom or RSS feed.
Subscribe to service status updates
1. Go to the service status page.
2. You can choose to receive all updates, or only those updates that apply to a specific incident. To receive notifications for all incidents:
3. Select the Subscribe to Updates button.
Result: The platform displays the subscription options.
4. Select a communications channel.
Result: The platform prompts you to enter your details, based on your selected channel:
- Email—Enter your email address, and then select Subscribe via Email. Result: The platform confirms your subscription.
- Text—Enter your phone number, and then select Subscribe via Text Message. Result: The platform confirms your subscription.
- Web feed—Select the web feed that you want to subscribe to, and then enter your details.
To receive notifications about a specific incident:
1. Select Subscribe in the heading.
Result: The platform prompts you to enter your email address or phone number.
2. Enter your details, and then select Subscribe to Incident.
Result: The platform displays a confirmation message.
